School Holiday Gymnastics Class

1 hour recreational gymnastics class

5 to 10 years

We run this class exactly the same as our after school recreational gymnastics class. We provide this class in the holidays to give children a trial of what our after school gymnastics program is like during the term.

Throughout the program children will learn a variety of gymnastics skills on gymnastics apparatus (beam, bar, floor, vault). The program is designed to teach children coordination, balance, strength and flexibility while building confidence and self esteem. Our programs are structured, engaging, personal and fun while teaching gymnasts correct techniques.
