Baby Gym & Sensory Classes
Age: 0–12 months

Our baby gymnastics and sensory classes support early childhood development through movement and sensory play. Babies explore textures, colours, sounds, music, and soft play equipment in a safe and nurturing environment. These infant sensory classes are designed to support motor skills, coordination, and developmental milestones while encouraging curiosity and exploration at each child’s own pace.


🤸 Toddler Gymnastics & Sensory Classes
Age: 1–3 years

These toddler gymnastics classes combine basic gymnastics skills with sensory play to build confidence, coordination, and strength. Children learn foundational movements such as forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels while exploring themed obstacle courses and gymnastics equipment. Music and group sensory activities support social, cognitive, and physical development in a fun, engaging setting.


🥷 Ninja Agility Classes
Age: 3–12 years

Our ninja agility classes for kids are high-energy programs focused on strength, speed, agility, balance, and coordination. Children train on ninja-style obstacle courses and agility circuits designed to challenge body control and build confidence. Classes include strength and conditioning, creative movement, and sport-based activities, making them ideal for active kids who love a challenge.


🤸 Preschool Gymnastics & Sensory Classes
Age: 4–5 years

Preschool gymnastics classes focus on developing fundamental gymnastics skills using correct technique and age-appropriate progressions. Children work across a variety of gymnastics apparatus and complete themed gymnastics and sensory obstacle courses. Group sensory play supports focus, coordination, confidence, and school readiness in a supportive and structured environment.


🤸 Afternoon Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Age: 4–12 years

Our recreational gymnastics classes provide a structured, skill-based program across all gymnastics apparatus, including beam, bars, floor, and vault. Classes focus on progressive development of strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control, with an emphasis on correct gymnastics techniques. Each session is carefully planned to challenge and engage children, allowing beginners to build a strong foundation while more experienced gymnasts refine advanced skills. This program ensures consistent skill progression, confidence building, and a solid understanding of gymnastics fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment.


✨ Sparkle Classes (use your NDIS funding)
Age: All abilities

Our Sparkle Classes are inclusive gymnastics and sensory programs designed for children with additional needs. These classes provide tailored programs, small group sizes, and individualised support. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace while developing skills, confidence, and independence in a safe, inclusive environment.

Terms and Conditions - Class Packs

Booking into a class: When purchasing your class pack you will select your class day/time. This class day/time will continue consecutively each week for the duration of your class pack. (E.g. If you purchase a 5 class pack for Thursday 10am, you will be booked in for the next 5 Thursday's at 10am). Any class changes will need to made prior to 24 hours of your class booking day/time otherwise your class will be lost.

Fee Policy: Fees must be paid prior to commencement of class. You must have an active class pack to attend any class. Class size is limited and your spot is only secure with full payment. Unfortunately no refunds are given once payment is made. A credit can be given in the case of injury if a medical certificate if provided. For missed classes, make up classes will only be available if class cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window of original class booking.

Disclaimer: All precautions will be taken to prevent accidents. However, gymnastics is a high risk sport. Sensory play contains editable ingredients, while we do not promote or encourage eating, the nature of the activities can result in consumption of food. Participants take part at their own risk, and the risks involved in such a program are fully understood by myself and my child. Photos and videos of your child may by taken during the class for social media/advertising purposes. When purchasing a class pack, I hereby release all rights and claims for damages that I/we have at any time against North Shore Gymnastics and Sensory, and its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, for any injuries, reactions or damages in connection with the gymnastics and sensory program or other activities related to North Shore Gymnastics and Sensory.

Parking: To access our parking you enter via 175 Lower Gibbes Street, Roseville – Drive to the top of the driveway, and you’ll see the big white building on the right (Explore & Develop Roseville). Morning parking is available underneath the building, while afternoon parking is on the street or in visitor spots along the side.
