Explore and Develop (3 to 5yrs)

Throughout the program children will learn and progress their basic gymnastics skills. Our structured program focuses on learning different gymnastics apparatus, using correct techniques. They will work their way through different gymnastics and sensory based obstacle courses where they will develop their skills based around the activities of the themes. We have group sensory time where children explore sensory play.
