Sensory Tray Party Hire – Terms & Conditions

• Magical Sensory Supplies (yours to keep)

How It Works

1. Choose your theme & preferred date
   Please email us at northshoregymnasticsandsensory@outlook.com with your chosen party date, time, and theme.

2. Booking confirmation & payment
   Once your details are confirmed via email, you may proceed with online payment. Bookings are not secured until payment has been received.
   Please note: once payment is made, no cancellations, refunds, or changes are permitted.

3. Preparation time
   A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required to allow us to design, prepare, and pack your personalised sensory trays.

4. Collection
   During the week of your party, you will collect your sensory trays from either:
   • North Shore Gymnastics (Roseville), or
   • Mindful Movers (Sister Gym - Ourimbah)

   All items will be packed and ready to go, with clear setup and usage instructions included to make your party stress-free and simple.

5. Return of hire items
   The sensory trays must be returned during the week following your party to the same location it was collected from. 
   All Sensory Supplies are yours to keep.
